While they are of no value to you, they have great value to these service members, who live on a limited budget, often with a family. The Overseas Coupon Program is a not-for-profit charity that helps these bases get linked with donors. Just go to the website, go to the base list and find one that is looking to be adopted, then fill out the adoption form.
